  • Caractéristiques des différents types de recherche (interventionnelles / non interventionnelles) et leurs obligations réglementaires
  • Bases méthodologiques des essais cliniques, tests statistiques
  • Pharmacovigilance
  • Recherche bibliographique
  • Choix du type d’étude en fonction de l’objectif et des contraintes
  • Plan type du protocole selon le type de recherche (arrêtés)
  • Rubriques obligatoires devant figurer dans chaque type de protocole
  • Rédaction des différents chapitres du protocole

 

Méthode pédagogique

Alternances d’exposés et d’ateliers de mise en situation.  Exercices de rédaction.

Les participants reçoivent avec leurs supports de formation, une attestation qui précisera les thèmes abordés et la durée de la formation délivrée.

 

Animateurs

Majida Chakroun, PhD : Docteur en biologie cellulaire et moléculaire,  a occupé des postes d’Attaché de Recherche Clinique, Chef de Projets, Responsable Médical Produits, Responsable de l’information médicale au sein de divers laboratoires. Elle est Responsable de Formation  au sein de MediAxe Formation depuis 2009.

Dr Nathalie Debbas : Dr en Médecine – diplômée en endocrinologie-nutrition, statistiques médicales et pharmacologie spéciale approfondie. Elle a été responsable du service de Biométrie des Laboratoires Fournier puis directeur médical d’une société de biotechnologie, au sein desquels elle a permis le développement et l’enregistrement de plusieurs molécules. Depuis 1996, consultante en recherche et développement clinique puis chargée de la stratégie du développement et de la formation chez MediAxe.

This course provides students with the basic knowledge needed to write an article for publication, the scientific journals' requirements and expectations and information on how to submit their work.

Doctors, project leaders, coordinators, researchers, etc.

  • The challenges of scientific communication. The importance of choosing your words and analysing your results in written work.

 

  • Article plan

 

  • Basic rules for stating the aims of your article, writing faster, adopting the correct methodology

 

  • Designing publications:

―      Summary of style and format principles

―      Software available for writing up text and bibliographies

―      Tables and illustrations; rules for outlines and presentations

 

  • Key points for a good publication, principles and pitfalls to avoid

 

  • How scientific journals work, recommendations for contributors

―      Impact factor

―      General rules and acceptance/rejection grids

―      Submitting an article

 

Pedagogical method

Sandwich course consisting of presentations and situational workshops.

Writing exercises (this period will be enriched if participants already have a current project to work on during the seminar)

 

Participants receive, together with their training documentation, a statement specifying the topics addressed and the duration of the training course.

 

Trainer

Dr Nathalie Debbas: MD, qualified in endocrinology-nutrition, medical statistics and specialist advanced pharmacology. She was head of the Biometrics department at the Fournier Laboratories then medical director of a biotechnology company where she was responsible for the development and registration of several molecules. From 1996, she worked as a consultant in research and clinical development before moving on to MediAxe where she is in charge of development strategy and training.
